This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") has been prepared by RS Data Tech Ltd ("RSDT") to meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and it only relates to the collection, protection, disclosure and use of personal data belonging to living individuals. It does not relate to data which emanates from companies or other entities, although the general principles regarding our collection and use of data is broadly the same irrespective of whoever is the user of our website, or our customers.

RSDT is registered under the Act with registration number: Z3515312 and will act as the data controller. RSDT is registered in England and Wales and has a registered office at 18 Hilton Street, Manchester M1 1FR, company registration number 8282923.

We trade in the UK to provide consumers with access to their credit reports, credit score and general credit information services. We have a licence under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (licence number 738724). We provide our services in conjunction with Callcredit Consumer Limited, which is the company that will be providing you with credit reporting services. Callcredit Consumer Limited is one of the UK's leading credit reference agencies, whose registered office is at One Park Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS3 1EP, registered number 7891157. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.     RSDataTech Ltd will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

    RSDataTech Ltd will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

RSDT employs industry standard security measures to ensure the security of all PCCI compliant data. Any data that is stored on RSDT's servers is treated as proprietary and confidential and is not available to the public. RSDT has an internal security policy with respect of the confidentiality of customer data allowing access only to those employees or third parties who have a need to know such information for the purpose of effectively delivering RSDT services by means of user login and password requirements. RSDT routinely evaluates its data security practices to identify security threats or opportunities for improvement.
    • 3.2 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data as it is transmitted from you to our Site; any such transmission is at your own risk.
